Max Sansing
Metra underpass at Davis Street
The design of Time to Breathe by Chicago artist Max Sansing was inspired by the positive impact of nature on our mental health and overall wellbeing.

Sholo Beverly
Curt’s Café, 2922 Central Street
Elevate was designed and painted by Chicago artist Sholo Beverly in partnership with talented young adult participants from Curt’s Café’s workforce development program.

Brett Whitacre
Metra underpass at Custer Avenue
Rockford artist Brett Whitacre provided a fun and immersive backdrop for the Custer Oasis, an outdoor dining space shared by several local restaurants, with this expansive mural on the Custer Avenue Metra underpass.

Molly Z.
Trulee Evanston, 1815 Norwood Court
Chicago artist Molly Z., who also worked with EMAP to paint a Grove Street Metra underpass in 2019, designed this mural outside of the Trulee Evanston senior residence with inspiration from the four seasons. The mural was painted by Molly with help from different community groups.
