JOIN ARTIST Critique Group: A Monthly Series for Practicing Artists
Are you looking for an opportunity to share and discuss your creative practice? Our monthly Artist Critique Group offers a positive and productive space to develop your ideas through in-depth conversations. Bring your complete or in-progress work and join our supportive artist community. All mediums are welcome!
This series, led by Art Encounter Co-Founder and Artistic Director Joanna Pinsky, also covers exhibition opportunities and discussions of current happenings in the art world. Participants who sign up for the full five-session series have free access to all of Art Encounter's Weekend Art Walks.

Art Encounter teaching artists facilitate programs in schools, senior homes, community centers, and for the general public. All teaching artists are trained in our signature approach to discussing art by Art Encounter's Co-Founder and Artistic Director, Joanna Pinsky.

Our mural program, founded in 2017, pairs professional artists with community members and youth to create large-scale public works of art that transform and uplift our home town of Evanston for years to come.
